These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ct888 ("ct888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ct888 website at ct888.pro and all associated services, applications, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any applicable supplementary policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, nor are you using the Platform in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of another person.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and all persons accessing or using the ct888 Platform regardless of whether they have created an account. Use of any feature of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

ct888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and, where material, via registered email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ct888 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You do not already hold another active ct888 account (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not a ct888 employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any of the foregoing;
• You are registering using your own genuine personal details — not those of any other person.

During registration and as part of ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, ct888 may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

ct888 maintains the right to refuse registration or suspend existing accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction.

As a registered ct888 user, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ct888 will never contact you to ask for your password.
• Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all personal information provided during registration and subsequently updated on your account is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Material inaccuracies may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, you must notify ct888 support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.
• No Account Transfer: Your ct888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempted transfer will result in termination of both the transferring and receiving accounts.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. ct888 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified before fees are applied.

ct888 employs automated monitoring systems to detect suspicious account behaviour including, but not limited to, unusual login patterns, multiple accounts sharing device identifiers, and coordinated betting activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced review, temporary holds on withdrawals, and, where fraud is confirmed, permanent suspension.

All financial transactions on the ct888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100;
• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cash OTC through authorised agents;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your ct888 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect on your account balance;
• ct888 does not charge processing fees on deposits via any supported method. However, your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside ct888's control;
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for verified accounts with no pending KYC requirements. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during peak periods or where additional verification is required;
• ct888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 100,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

ct888 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PKR-denominated tournaments to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ct888 accounts only. ct888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received, unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live table games with a house edge below 2%, and certain excluded slots — may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page;
• ct888 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualification criteria, the player's earned entitlement at the time of withdrawal will be honoured;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, coordinating with other players to arbitrage bonuses, or systematically exploiting low-edge games during bonus play — constitutes bonus abuse. ct888 will void all bonuses, winnings, and associated balances in confirmed cases of bonus abuse, and may permanently terminate the accounts involved.

All casino games, slots, and live dealer titles available on ct888 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology and independently audited Return to Player (RTP) rates. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the ct888 Platform:

• Players must ensure they have sufficient real-money or bonus balance before placing any wager. ct888 does not extend credit to players;
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or reversed. All wager results are final as determined by the game outcome at the time of settlement;
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a wager, ct888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. In cases where an obvious error in published odds or game configuration has resulted in winnings that would not otherwise have been payable, ct888 may void such winnings and return the original stake only;
• The use of any external software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with ct888 games is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, auto-clicking tools, RNG prediction software, and any tool designed to circumvent or exploit game mechanics;
• Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-run return rates across all players and sessions. Individual player results will differ from published RTP figures. RTP figures are not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.

ct888 offers pre-match and in-play sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL, bilateral series, and international tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. The following conditions apply specifically to sports betting activity:

• All odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed and accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager;
• ct888 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market, for any account, at any time and without being required to provide a reason;
• In the event a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, ct888's settlement rules for that specific sport and competition type will apply. These are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and feed latency. ct888 cannot be held liable for delays in in-play markets caused by third-party data feed providers;
• Any bet placed on a match, event, or market where it is subsequently established that the outcome was affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any form of sporting fraud will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of the apparent outcome of the event.

ct888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players using our platform. The following tools are available within every ct888 account at no charge and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure time-based alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing in a session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all ct888 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Personal data collected by ct888 includes, but is not limited to, your full name, date of birth, CNIC details, contact information, device identifiers, IP addresses, and transaction history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement purposes. ct888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ct888 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

All content on the ct888 Platform — including but not limited to the ct888 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of ct888 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct888 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any ct888 content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any ct888 software;
• Use the ct888 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from ct888.

Any unauthorised use of ct888 intellectual property may give rise to legal action and claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ct888 Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, sports betting results, or platform downtime;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or events outside ct888's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ct888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ct888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other illegal activity;
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Upon account termination for cause, ct888 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, ct888 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification requirements.

You may close your ct888 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding bonus funds will be cancelled at the time of closure.

ct888 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your ct888 experience, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the ct888 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours;
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days of initial submission, you may request escalation to the ct888 Disputes Resolution Team. Escalated cases are reviewed by a senior team member with no prior involvement in the original complaint;
3. Step 3 — Final Resolution: ct888 will issue a final written decision on all escalated complaints within 14 business days of the escalation request. This decision represents ct888's final internal position on the matter.

All disputes relating to game outcomes in certified RNG games are subject to independent technical review. ct888's certified game server logs are the definitive record of all game events and will be used as the primary source of evidence in any game-related dispute.

ct888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendments may include, but are not limited to, changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to Platform features or services, changes in business practices, or responses to player feedback and industry standards.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ct888 will provide notice by one or more of the following means: a prominent notification on the Platform homepage, a notification displayed upon next login, or an email to your registered address. The effective date of updated Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ct888 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the ct888 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which ct888 holds its operating licence.

ct888 operates under an international gaming licence and applies globally recognised responsible gaming, AML, and player protection standards across all markets including Pakistan. Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the ct888 Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is consistent with applicable local laws.

Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of resolving any disputes arising under these Terms.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Any prior versions of the ct888 Terms and Conditions are superseded in their entirety by this document.
